I first met Morgan at his site at the Fieldays. I found him very helpful and he knew his products. He advised me to bring in my Nissan Patrol to his workshop and he would put it on his shock machine which would tell me whether the shocks needed replacing which they did. Morgan advised me which shocks would be the best for the handling and riding of this type of vehicle. The customer service was excellent and the service guys were very helpful and friendly and also nice to deal with. Nothing was a problem. The workshop was very very tidy and well equipped. 10 out of 10. It is very hard to get good workmanship today but I certainly got it at Waikato 4x4 (Automotive Solutions Cambridge). Credit to Morgan and his team. The Old Man Emu shocks and steering stabiliser proved to be an excellent choice as the ride and handling has been the best since I have owned it in 13 years. Thanks again Morgan for a top job and thank you to your team. Credit to you.

Our car has been having a few issues with the gearbox and so I instantly took it to Automotive Solutions for them to look at it. After first taking the car in unannounced I got to go for a drive with Lindsay who very quickly replicated the issue and then decided what the process would be to start figuring out the issue and the solution. I booked in a time with the team and as always the service in booking in and dropping the car off was fantastic. When I came to pick the car up, I was running late but the team were still around, I got to speak to the technician who had worked on the car who explained clearly and simply what he had done and then Morgan, after very quickly getting himself up to speed, explained what he was going to do and who he was going to call to help with the issue. After keeping me in the loop with what happened, Morgan clearly explained the options and was very open about the costs associated with each option. I am extremely confident to recommend Automotive Solutions Cambridge for any vehicle requirements and will continue to use their services for many years to come.

Had issues with my car whilst renting in town for Mystery Creek fieldays... Rung these guys who happily agreed to have a look the same day, spoke to a helpful lady in reception and then a mechanic who took it for a drive, diagnosed the issue and then ordered the parts to replace and booked me in the next day to fit them. Lady in reception was very polite and always addressed me by name which felt so personal considering I was only a one time client - top service! Thank you for the excellent job you do on servicing my van. Your team are always professional and your workshop is one of the tidiest I have seen! Thank you for the lifts back to work and dropping my car back into town for me….it saves me a lot of time and hassle. One other thing, the extra touch of giving the van a vacuum after a service is much appreciated….with 5 kids it needs it and it always looks much better when I get it back than when I drop it off!
